Verification

Creating a Pet portrait is a very time consuming one-of-a-kind custom endeavour. Once the creative process begins I concentrate only on that portrait until it is completed.
When your portrait is complete, I will send you a digital photo of the image via email. Only if you are completely happy, do I ship the original to you. If sending photos through the mail, they will be returned in original state with the finished artwork.

Framing:All finished Artwork produced in pastel are sent fully matted with backing board for protection during transportation. Once the portrait arrives it is important to frame your work as soon as possible to prevent smudging and damage. Framing can be arranged before sending.

Payment

I accept payment once I receive final approval from you that you are happy with the portrait. If for any reason you are unhappy with the result, I will keep the portrait for my portfolio. Thankfully all my customers have loved the results and wouldn't change anything.

I accept payments via Pay Pal, Money Order and Direct Deposit, (please email me for using this method of payment.)
Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery out of Australia. For a special gift or an important occasion, I will do my best to get the portrait to you on time. I would appreciate at least 1-2 months notice for special occasions.

Photography Tips

Click away and take as many pictures as possible. Make sure there is plenty of light, avoiding direct sunlight as it alters the natural colouring of you pets coat. A bright overcast day is ideal. Try to get clear eye shots showing their colour and shape. Take photos at your pets level and at different angles. Zoom in to capture texture of their coat etc.

If your pet is deceased I can still capture them with the photos you have.
