Photography Tips
Click away and take as many pictures as possible. Make sure there is plenty of light, avoiding direct sunlight as it alters the natural colouring of you pets coat. A bright overcast day is ideal. Try to get clear eye shots showing their colour and shape. Take photos at your pets level and at different angles. Zoom in to capture texture of their coat etc. Photograph your pet when he of she is relaxed as this will enable them to show off their true character.
Have fun and good luck!
If your pet is deceased I can still capture them with the photos you have.

Creating a Pet portrait is a very time consuming one-of-a-kind custom endeavour. Once the creative process begins I concentrate only on that portrait until it is completed.
When your portrait is complete, I will send you a digital photo of the image via email. Only if you are completely happy, do I ship the original to you. If sending photos through the mail, they will be returned in original state with the finished artwork.
Framing:All finished Artwork produced in pastel are sent fully matted with backing board for protection during transportation. Once the portrait arrives it is important to frame your work as soon as possible to prevent smudging and damage. Framing can be arranged before sending. to discuss this option.
Payment
I accept orders with full payment to insure the sincerity of the request. I will withhold any money paid until I receive final approval from you that you are happy with the portrait. If for any reason you are unhappy with the result, I will refund the money in full and keep the portrait for my portfolio. Thankfully all my customers have loved the results and wouldn't change anything. I accept payments via money order and direct deposit, (please email me for using this method of payment.)
