Nature in all its forms, from a rock formation on top of a mountain, or a flowing stream, pathways littered with leaves, every colour imagineable and rain drops reflecting another world within. Silk threads hanging from trees, only visible when sunlight hits the fine thread, spiders at home watching, waiting for their next unsuspecting meal.
The ocean endless and vast, with a moodiness that is unpredictable. Tides ebbing and flowing, every day diferent.

Review from group exhibition, held at Saddlers Court Gallery Richmond, Tasmania-Exhibition 2008.
Jacqui has made a transition from watercolourist of fauna to an oil & acrylic artist who has accepted the challenges of the wilderness. Her bold and appealing leaf-littered rocky outcrops feature splashes of white & the occassional trusting marsupial.
A diptych of Mt Wellington uses eloquent brushwork to build the complexity of the forest.
